User experience is key to your website’s growth. For your website to foster a holistic experience, it is crucial to see how the user navigates through various touchpoints. UX Design Process

One key element to remember is that your design process will be exclusive to your brand and your product. It is ok to sway away from trial and error as long as you engulf yourself back to fix the loopholes.

1) Understand the pain points.

Dig into the challenges and concerns of your user base. Once you are well versed with their issues and problems, you can be their knight in shining armor. You can do this through interviews, focus group discussions, surveys, polls, etc.

2) Create buyer personas.

Build fictional depictions of your “target audience” that you have sifted through your research. This helps you get a thorough understanding of your users, both existing and potential so you can curate tailored experiences for them.

3) Navigate user journey.

Since every user is unique, they will have a different kind of interaction with your offerings even though the end goal remains the same as other users. Your aim here should be to target users to ensure they have met their desired goals with regard to your offerings.

4) Wireframing and Prototyping.

The last step is to proceed to wireframes and prototypes. Wireframes can be hand-drawn or be created with high tech softwares – you can choose whatever floats your boat. Prototyping, unlike a wireframe, includes elements like texts, images, icons, etc. After this, the coding can begin and the experience will be as efficient as it can be.
